Certificate lookup
Type the code on the vial. See what we actually know about it.
A lot is the unit that gets tested — not a product. Two vials wearing the same label can come from different lots with different results, so this register is keyed on the lot code printed on your vial and named on your invoice. Whatever it returns is what exists, including when the answer is nothing.
How a claim gets made here
Blind
The sample goes in unlabeled
The laboratory does not know whose vial it is testing, so the number it returns is not a favour. What this lookup shows you is that number, unedited.
Portal
The certificate lives at the lab
This page cannot show you a PDF, because we do not host one. It shows you what the certificate says and sends you to the laboratory to confirm it. A certificate a vendor hosts is a certificate a vendor can edit.
Lot
Your invoice names the lot
Not the product — the lot. That code is the only thing that ties the vial in your hand to a specific measurement, which is why it is the thing you type here.
Awaiting a code
Enter a lot code above. Every code that has ever been released resolves here, including the ones whose results we did not like.
If this register and your vial disagree
Email jd@juicedrats.com with the lot code and a photo of the label. A vial whose code does not resolve here is either our record-keeping error or material that is not ours, and we want to know which one it is. We will tell you what we find either way.
